The four questions everyone asks first
Answers below, form after. If your question is not here, it probably has a longer answer in the Answers column, including the restricted-account guide.
Who is a working session actually for?
Brands spending $10k to $150k a month on Meta, or planning to within a quarter. The session is 45 minutes, free, and specific: we look at your account together and tell you what we would change and in what order. If we are not the right fit, we say so on the call and suggest where to look instead.
What happens after I send the form?
You get a reply within five business days, usually sooner, with two or three proposed times and a short list of what to have open on the call: Ads Manager, Events Manager, and your revenue source of truth. No deck, no discovery-call script, no surprise attendee from sales. Both founders read every inbound message themselves.
Do I have to commit to management to get value?
No. The $1,400 audit is designed to stand alone: 14 days, written findings, a restructure plan you could hand to your in-house team or another agency. Roughly a third of audits end exactly there, by design. The fee is credited to your first month if you do continue with management.
Can you take over an account that is currently restricted?
Often, and speed matters: appeals through Account Quality resolve fastest inside the first 48 hours, and Meta will not reinstate accounts disabled longer than 180 days. Write "restricted" in the first line of your message and we will prioritize the reply. Read our restriction answer first if you want the self-serve version.
